Barbara Richards, an executive coach and spiritual director, is passionate about empowering people 50+ to live a vibrant, creative, and fulfilling second half of life. Her specialty is working with self-employed professionals, executives, and leaders who are at a soul-crossroads, feeling called to “something more.”

Barbara is one of the pioneers in the coaching profession. She brings over two decades of experience as an executive and life coach, empowering people worldwide through her private practice, VisionWork Coaching Group. As a coaching educator and mentor coach, she has served for over twenty years as faculty with Coach University (2000-present) and associate faculty with Royal Roads University, Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching program (2008-2023). She is a Master Certified Coach (2003 – present).

As well, Barbara is a spiritual director through the Pacific Jubilee SoulGuiding program (2020), and Certified Sage-ing Leader (2021) through Sage-ing International. She is married to a wonderful man, is a stepmom and grandmom, loves living in the Vancouver area and is frequently seen walking by the ocean watching for eagles.
