I’m passionate about the power of coaching. Since 2000, I’ve had the pleasure and privilege of mentoring many talented and passionate coaches in finding their voice as a coach, growing their unique expression of coaching, and building a coaching business or internal service they love.
As a mentor coach I'm committed to fostering excellence in coaching, starting with my own work and extending out to other coaches and the profession. I work with both new and seasoned coaches in developing exceptional coaching skills and growing their unique expression of coaching
A few things I bring as a mentor coach:
• I’ve been coaching full time since 1994
• Master Certified Coach since 2003
• Professional Mentor coach since 2007
• Coach U Faculty member since 2000 and have trained hundreds of coaches in the past twenty+ years
• Associate Faculty member, Royal Roads University, Executive Coaching Program (2008-2023) and trained / mentored hundreds of executive coaches. Co-architect, with Scott Richardson MCC, of the Professional Mentor Coach advanced course (2016).
• Background as a career transition specialist
• And, I’ve been joyfully, and profitably self-employed for over twenty-five years doing what I love with inspiring people.
In my personal life, I’m married to a wonderful man, am a stepmom and grandmom, and love living in beautiful Vancouver, Canada.
