VisionWork Coaching is designed to meet your unique needs and objectives. After an initial consultation, we’ll develop your individualized coaching program.

Our clients receive:

• Periodic reviews of our coaching process to ensure client satisfaction.

When you engage us, we are on retainer to you. We’ll meet by telephone or Zoom at regularly scheduled times, usually bi-weekly at a set day and time. We’ll focus on your most important goals in business and life.

Most clients work with us for between six months and a year (and some for much longer, with us serving as a silent partner in their corner). Our coaching relationship provides an insightful thinking partner and a structure that leads to breakthrough and life-changing results.
